Request for Return Authorization If your product has arrived DOA or you are filing a warranty claim please fill out the following form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA number is issued to you. Within this time a representative may be in touch with you by email or by phone to aquire additional details regarding the claim. Along with the RMA number you will receive specific instructions for returning the product. Refer to the "Returning Products" section of our webstore policies for full details regarding returns.
